Although it doesn't count towards 100% completion, fully upgrading your gear to the highest level is one of the most satisfiying parts of the end game of Horizon Forbidden West. This will require you to track down specific upgrade materials, some of which can be quite challenging to find.
After beating the main story, you will likely still be around 25-30. If you want to see just how powerful you can get, push for the max level with the XP farming methods below.
Experiment with all the skills that you didn't get a chance to use in the main story. Maxing out all skill trees can open your eyes to different play styles and might deepen your enjoyment of Horizon Forbidden West's combat.
Machine Strike is a strategy based mini-game that can easily be overlooked if you are focusing on getting 100% completion, but if you're looking to experience everything in the game, Machine Strike might be worth your time.

Yeah I've done all this & still have 96.68%. Also I've seen videos of players at level 51. Only thing I havent done is play Strike. What am I missing?
