What does Purgewater Damage Do?

Purgewater Damage refers to damage when an enemy is drenched in Purgewater. A machine afflicted with Purgewater Damage will appear covered in steam, drenched in water. This disables a machine's ability to produce elemental attacks leaving them vulnerable to other attacks.

How to Effectively Use Purgewater Damage

Scan for Enemy Weakness

Several enemy machines will be vulnerable to Purgewater Damage, and knowing which enemies are weak against which elements is the key to survival. Whenever you approach a new enemy, be sure to scan them before engaging in combat. This will give you the info you need to put yourself at an advantage.

Aim at Purgewater Canisters

Use Purgewater Arrows when aiming at Purgewater Canisters to trigger Chain Reactions. This is effective against enemy types that tend to clump together in groups. Once an elemental trigger is hit, it will cause an explosion that has a moderate area of effect.
