Currently there has been no official announcement of Horizon Forbidden West to come to PC or Steam, however the first game in the series, Horizon Zero Dawn, did become available on Steam. This may mean there is a chance that PC players will get to experience Horizon Forbidden West at some point in the future, but nothing has been confirmed at this time.
