| 1 |  Find the Outpost LeaderYou can find the Leader going around the camp as well as going on top of the middle building. Use your Focus to track him. |
| 2 |  Kill the Rebels (Optional)You have the option of killing the rebels in the Outpost. After finishing the main objectives, you can either kill the rebels or leave the area to finish the quest. |
| 3 |  Kill the Outpost LeaderMake your way to the top of the middle building and wait for the Outpost Leader there. Perform a Silent Strike when he gets to the top. |
| 4 |  Loot the Outpost LeaderAfter killing the Outpost Leader, loot the body to get the Soldier Tags. |
| 5 |  Leave the AreaIf you chose not to kill the other rebels, you can simply leave the area to complete the quest. |
The Leader will be walking around the Outpost and go on top of the middle building. There will be a window where you can sneak in and climb to the top. Wait for the Leader to come back up and perform a Silent Strike for an easy kill.
