This Quest is only accessible after retrieving GAIA's three subprograms, which are obtained by completing the Story Quest missions The Broken Sky, Seeds of the Past, and the Sea of Sands.

After completing the Main Quest Sea of Sands. Head up to the top-most floor of the main structure and talk to Stemmur to begin the Errand.

Note: To unlock the Legendary Shredder Gauntlet Ancestor's Return, you must also complete the Night of Lights Errand. After completing all Relic Ruins and Night of Lights, give all the ornaments to Stemmur. After doing so, you can open a chest that was previously locked in Hidden Ember. This chest contains the Legendary Weapon.
Some Relic Ruins contain Greenshine, a valuable material that can be used for enhancing variuos equipment.

How to Get Greenshine: Uses and Information
Completing Each Relic Ruins Quest rewards you with an Ornament. After Completing the 8 Relic Ruins Quests, complete the Nights of Lights Errand to obtain all 9 Ornaments.
You need a total of 9 Ornaments in order to unlock the chest found in Hidden Ember.
How to Unlock the Chest in Hidden Ember
Relic Ruins are ancient structures of the Old World that contain unique items artifacts called Ornaments. The ruins are more puzzle-focused and do not contain any enemies.
