How to Complete

Objectives
1 Go to the ClearingGo to the Clearing
Proceed to the Clearing to investigate the area. You will find bloodstains that will lead to a trail.
2 Investigate the ClearingInvestigate the Clearing
Follow the trail and clues that lead to tracks that you can follow.
3 Kill or Sneak past the MachinesKill or Sneak past the Machines
After following the trail, you will end up in an area with machines. You can choose to avoid them, or attack them for resources.
4 Examine the Blood and the LookoutExamine the Blood and the Lookout
After getting past the machines, proceed towards the road and examine the blood to follow a new trail leading to a lookout.
5 Follow the AttackerFollow the Attacker's Tracks
Follow the new tracks until you reach a rock face that you have to climb. Go up to enter a cave.
6 Investigate the CaveInvestigate the Cave
Enter the cave and investigate to find the attacker. Enter further until you hear voices of Eclipse members.
7 Kill the EclipseKill the Eclipse
After finding them, kill the members of the Eclipse. You can take them out during stealth, or face them head-on.
8 Investigate RayadInvestigate Rayad's Body
After killing the Eclipse, investigate Rayad's body to get his Focus.
9 Return to ConoverReturn to Conover
Talk to Conover to finish the side quest.

Tips and Strategies

Use stealth against the Eclipse

When killing the Eclipse, using Silent Strike is the fastest way to take them down. You can also use your bow and hit headshots, killing them instantly.
