How to Unlock Tides of Justice and Location

Talk to Cragella

You can pick up the Errand by talking to the character Cragella at Tide's Reach, a Lowland Clan settlement to the far westersn shoreline just west of Tallneck: The Stand of the Sentinels. Walk up to the pier and find Cragella on the docks.

How to Complete

	Objectives
1	Search West of Tide's Reach for the Raiders Swimming to the location can be difficult due – it is recommended that players have a Flying Mount to get to the area easier. Southwest of Tide's Reach is a small rocky island where the remains of the raft you're looking for is in – land on it, and talk to the person on the island, Ivvalla.
2	Head West of Legacy's Landfall After talking to the woman, you'll be given a new task – you'll have to fly to a tower west of Legacy's Landfall. Once you reach the tower, defeat the raiders to complete the Errand

Tips and Strategies

Shock and Melee

Although the combat segment against the raiders isn't particularly difficult, they can stunlock you if you allow them to gang up on you. Shoot them with Shock Arrows to stun them for several seconds, allowing you to knock out the others in order to even the odds.

There is also a small chance that several Glinthawks can become aggressive towards you from far away – shoot them with Shock Arrows to force them to land on the beaches far below. Destroying them isn't necessary to finish the Errand.
