Originally from the Tenakth tribe, Regalla is shown to have a unrelenting personality. She is driven by her mission to slaughter those who have wronged her.
Regalla is the leader of a rebel group, the aptly named Regalla's Rebels. She used to be a part of the Tenakth tribe until her actions dissociated her from the tribe. Eventually, she gathered members of the tribe to fight with her and is on a warpath to find those who have wronged her and kill them.
Kotallo tells Aloy that there are those who believe Regalla answers to a higher power, a power that supplied her with troops, weapons, and the ability to control machines.
