Cauldron Rewards
Unlock Overrides for Machines
Completing Cauldrons will unlock the ability to override a specific set of Machines. Overriding Machines allows Aloy to turn Machines to her side temporarily, and even ride a certain set of Mountable Machines.

Two of the game's Trophies, All Cores Overridden and First Core Overridden, require completion of Cauldrons.
No Specific Reward for Completing all Cauldrons
Other than the Silver Trophy listed above, there's no bonus reward for unlock for completing all the Cauldrons, aside from having the complete set of overrides at your disposal.
