How to Unlock The Souvenir and Location
Talk to Jomar
After completing the Main Quest Faro's Tomb, players will have more access to the islands where the Quen Clan lives in. One of the locations on the island is Legacy's Landfall, a settlement on the easternmost island on the island chain – head there and talk to Jomar.

How to Complete

| 1 |  Search North of Landfall for the Quen Scouts After talking to Jomar at Legacy's Landfall you'll need to go North of Landfall to help look for his brother, Oris. The area will be on a beach that's not too far from where the quest begins. Players can fast travel to The Digsite to head there faster. |
| 2 | 
Examine the Corpse on the Beach, Kill the Machines, Examine the Corpse by the Ruin After arriving on the beach, there will be a prompt to approach the corpses on the beach. Be careful however, as there will be 5 nearby enemies (2 Spikesnouts and 3 Burrowers) at the ruin on the same beach. Defeat them first before proceeding to examine the 2 spots where the corpses are, as shown in the picture above. |
| 3 |  Scan for Tracks and Follow the Tracks After examining the corpses, players will need to examine and follow the tracks on the beach. Players will be able to find the footprints where the tracks are right beside the location of the two corpses. Scan and follow them to the next objective. |
| 4 |  Climb up the Tower The tracks will lead Aloy deeper into the jungle right into a tower. Players will need to use the climbable points to head up. Be careful, as there will immediately be a Sunwing right outside the tower, so avoid falling off to steer clear of initiating a fight. |
| 5 |  Examine the Corpse Once players reach the top of the tower through the climbable points outside, jump inside to find the corpse. Examine it to progress the quest to the final objective.. |
| 6 |  Return to Jomar To return to Jomar fast, players can use their Sunwing to get back to Legacy's Landfall. Make sure to get some distance between Aloy and the tower before calling the Sunwing to avoid alerting the enemies. Speak to Jomar to finish the quest and receive the Elite Canister Ropecaster. |
Tips and Strategies
Prepare to Fight Enemies before Heading to the Beach
After speaking to Jomar and then getting the objective to examine the corpse on the beach be prepared to fight two Apex Spikesnouts and three Burrowers at the beach.
Use the Glide to Avoid Falling Too Far
When climbing up the tower, use the glide function if you're unsure of jumping to the next climbable point. It will help you land on a nearby ledge instead of starting over at the bottom of the tower.
