This side quest unlocks after completing The Eye of the Earth main quest.
Talk to Zorrah at Arrowhand to begin the side quest.

1 | Go to Bleeding Mark Follow the map marker to reach Bleeding Mark. |
2 | Explore and Investigate the Village Explore the village to look for survivors. You will find Natikka, who will guide you to the next objective. |
3 | Rescue people in the Village Go to the west of the village to find a metal tower with survivors inside. Use the tree nearby to push it towards the building and climb inside. |
4 | Climb the Metal Tower Once inside, use the Pullcaster to pull the crate on top to climb up. After that use the Pullcaster again to bring down the pillars to reach the survivors. |
5 | Talk to the Survivors After reaching the top of the metal tower, drop down inside to talk to the survivors. You will be able to find an escape route after. |
6 | Go to the Grotto After rescuing the survivors in the tower, proceed to the Grotto and fight the Burrowers and Snapmaws in the area. |
7 | Talk to the Survivors Talk to the survivors in the Grotto, who will inform you that there's another set of survivors to rescue. |
8 | Move the Crane to Rescue the Survivors After reaching the other side of the Village, you will find a crane that you need to move. Use your Ingniter to remove the Firegleam to allow the crane to move. |
9 | Pull the Counterweight To lower the crane's boom, climb up to the platform behind the crane and use your Pullcaster to remove the counterweight. |
10 | Shoot the Cable Spool After moving the counterweight, shoot the cable spool to lower the crane. Talk to the survivors and proceed to the next objective. |
11 | Return to Natikka Return to Natikka to go to the next objective. |
12 | Go to the Gouge Go to the Gouge and clear the debris using the Pullcaster. Go inside the mine to find Kentokk. |
13 | Find a Way Out Use your Pullcaster to open the vents on top. Afterwards, climb up the bars to find another platform. Use the Pullcaster again to clear the rocks and jump towards the ladder. Keep moving further inside until you see a Firegleam that you can ignite to escape and finish the side quest. |
Snapmaws are vulnerable against fire arrows, allowing you to deal high damage while aiming for their weakpoints. You can also break their canisters to deal even more damage.
