How to Unlock What Was Lost and Location
Complete The Kulrut
The Valley of the Fallen unlocks after completing The Kulrut main quest.
Talk to Kotallo
Talk to Kotallo at The Base to begin the side quest.

How to Complete

| 1 |  Go to the Campfire Near the LabTravel to the campfire near the ab to call Kotallo. |
| 2 |  Find the Entrance and Kill the MachinesReach the entrance where you will find machines in the area. Kill them to enter the lab. |
| 3 |  Enter the Zenith LabEnter the Lab, where you'll find more enemies. Kill them and investigate the area |
| 4 |  Find the Storage Access CodeGo to the main area and find the operations console near the main access console. |
| 5 |  Kill the SpectersKill the incoming Specters to proceed to the components. |
| 6 |  Find the ComponentsGo to the second floor of the lab and find the vent that leads to the lab. |
| 7 |  Explore the LabEnter the lab and find a vent that you can pull down. This allows you to find an entry point to the other side of the room. Ignite the Firegleam to access the previous room. |
| 8 |  Find the Zenith ComponentPry open one of the ancient crates to find the components. |
| 9 |  Talk to KotalloGive the component to Kotallo. Return to The Base to continue the quest. |
| 10 |  Go to the Meeting PlaceProceed to the meeting place and call Kotallo. |
| 11 | Follow Kotallo Follow Kotallo, who will guide you to the next objective. |
| 12 |  Kill the ScorcherTest Kotallo's new arm by killing the Scorcher. This will complete the side quest. |
Tips and Strategies
Use Shock and Freeze Against the Scorcher
The Scorcher is weak against freeze and shock ammo. This slows them down, and allows you to break their components easier.
