The trophy Completed 4 Rebel Outposts is earned upon defeating the outposts leaders and recovering Soldier Tags from 4 Rebel Outposts. There is no trophy for completing all 17 of them.

What Are Rebel Outposts

Trade in Soldier Tags to Dukkah

Rebel Outposts are one the of Side Quests you can complete in the game. Completing a Rebel Outpost lets you collect Soldier Tags that you can trade to Dukkah in The Memorial Grove for valuable resources.
