Found in a Superior Supply Cache East of The Spinebreak

The Oseram Forester can be found inside a Superior Supply Cache in the valley to the east of The Spinebreak. This is the same area as the Porguf's Lockbox item from the Breaking Even side quest, so you can obtain this outfit while completing the quest.
