Improvements and Crash Fixes Prior to Release

Right before the release of Horizon Forbidden West, Guerilla Games has already been addressing various issues brought up during the pre-release. Full notes are as follows:

Update 1.04

1 Various performance improvements
2 Fixes for certain rare or conditional crashes
3 Fixes for certain rare or conditional progression blockers
4 Fixed a few instances where Game Progression page in the Notebook would not update correctly
5 Addressed several cosmetic issues

At present, no official announcement has been made on the Playstation or Guerilla websites, but the patch has been made available for those with the game!

How to Check Updates

Menu Selection

Hover over Horizon Forbidden West on your console and press the Options button on your controller. It will bring up a menu on the right with a number of different options.

Update History. mode:show

Select Update History to get a glimpse of all updates on your game! Alternatively, you can also select Check for Update to ensure you have the latest version of Horizon Forbidden West.
