Ability Effect Rush toward an enemy and launch them into the air with a furious blow. Increases Charge.
Proficiency Bonus Top up the Overcharge gauge.

How to Get Vulcan Cannon

In a Chest After Leaving Dust Bowl

You can find the Vulcan Cannon in a chest along the path after leaving The Dust Bowl, near the wreckage of a minivan. It can be visibly seen once you make your way to the place as you progress the main mission in Chapter 8.
