Ability Effect Strengthen Punisher Mode. Hold down Attack to deliver three consecutive strikes. Increases Berserk potency.

You can find the Umbral Blade in a chest located in one of the rooms in The Dust Bowl. It can be visibly seen once you make your way to the place as you progress the main mission in Chapter 8.
