Moogle Magic

Ability Effect Use an equipped summon's ability. Can only use while riding moogle during battles in which summons are available. Cooldown increases with each use.
Proficiency Bonus Finish off an enemy.

How to Get Crystal Megaphone

In the Storeroom of Cosmo Observatory

After leaving the observatory in Cosmo Canyon during Chapter 10, return inside. The chest will be found at the bottomfloor of the store room.
