How to Get Regalla's Wrath

Obtain from a Quest

This item can be obtained either after or during the Main Quest, The Wings of the Ten.

You can only obtain this item if you choose to kill Regalla at the end of the quest. If you choose to spare her, you will receive a different reward, the Tenakth High Marshal.
