How to Get Tiger Fangs

On a Rocky and Metal Platform in Gongaga Reactor

During Chapter 9, when you're inside the reactor and reach the flooded room. Jump to the nearest platform forward then look up to find that you can grapple up the beam. Once up there, beat the Chimera Mimics in the zone and grapple to the beams on the left to get to the chest.

The Tiger Fangs weapon can be bought from a store that sells armor starting from chapter 10 onwards.
