Saberhawk is the World Intel Enemy found in the Top of the Pecking Order Combat Assignment. This can be accessed after activating the Wasteland Tower in Corel during Chapter 8.

Watch Out for Zap Talon and Keep Moving
Always be on the lookout for Saberhawk's Zap Talon move as it can make your character stunned. To not get stunned, always keep moving away and only attack at the right time. Cast Fire to pressure them.
Use Fire Magic to Pressure Them

In order to finish Saberhawks in time, equip Fire Materia and use fire spells in order to pressure them. This will make it easier to stagger them which will stun them. Use this opportunity to unleash your strong Abilities.
