Talk to Vicente Valtieri
After completing The Assassinated Man, the bridge quest My Brother's Keeper will become active.
Talk to Vicente Valtieri. He will tell you that he no longer has contracts for you. From now on, Ocheeva will be the one to give them to you.
Ask About the Dark Gift or Talk to Ocheeva

| Talk to Ocheeva | Complete the quest and receive the next contract |
Ask About the Dark Gift
Keep talking to Vicente Valtieri and select the dialogue option the Dark Gift. He will offer to turn you into a Vampire. If you accept, you will proceed to the quest Darkness Eternal.
If you do not want to become a vampire yet, you can do this later or not at all.
Talk to Ocheeva
Talk to Ocheeva to complete the quest My Brother's Keeper. She will tell you that from now on you will receive your contracts from her.
Select the dialogue option Contract and accept it to start the next quest The Lonely Wanderer.

None
Since it is only a bridge quest, there is no reward for completing My Brother's Keeper quest.
