Ambroise Canne: Ambroise's House in Skingrad

The Breton Ambroise Canne can be found at his house in Skingrad at night, and he offers Block training without any prerequisites. He can also be found in the Skingrad Vineyards west of the city during the day, but he does not offer training services when he is there. He can train Block from skill levels 40–70.

The Orc Fadus Lum gro-Baroth is located inside Chorrol Fighters Guild, and can train you regardless if you are a Fighters Guild member or not. He can train Block from skill levels 40–70.

Master Block Trainer

Andragil: Andragil's House in Bravil

The Wood Elf Andragil is located inside her house in Bravil, just south of the main gate and on the second floor across the Fighters Guild.

She will only train you if you have a recommendation from either Ambroise Canne or Lum gro-Baroth, which can be obtained from either of them when your Block skill is 70 or higher.

Before Andragil agrees to train you, she will first challenge you to survive her attacks for 40 seconds. You cannot attack her during this time, and you can pass the test by blocking or even by simply dodging her strikes. Once you succeed, she will offer Block training from skill levels 70–100.

Ambrose Canne does not offer Block training in his house at night. I had to pick the lock to his door to get in, and he told me to get out, though he became friendly when I spoke to him. But training was not an option.
