| 1 | Talk to Mirili in Highcross |
|---|---|
 Head to Highcross and talk to Mirili about her research. If she won't talk about research with you, you'll need to increase her disposition towards you first via Persuasion. |

| 2 | Gather 26 Items for Mirili |
 Mirili will ask you to collect all 26 items from a list she gives you. You can find out where to get all these items from the item list. Talk to her and ask about her research again to give her the items. Make sure to take note of which items you are missing! |

| 3 | Ask Mirili About Her Bestiary |
 Once you give Mirili at least 6 items on the list, she will then mention something about her bestiary. Talk to her about it and she'll ask you to bring living creatures to her. ・Found 6 Items: Baliwog ・Found 12 Items: Elytra ・Found 18 Items: Gnarl ・Found 24 Items: Scalon At this point, she'll also be willing to sell you spells for commanding creatures if your Illusion skill is high enough. |

| 4 | Bring Creatures to Mirili |
 Bring the creatures to Mirili alive by finding the closest one and either using a Command spell to control them or aggroing them and have them chase you back to Mirili. Once you bring the creatures to her, she will use her own Command spell on it after yours will expire. Bring all four creatures to her and complete the item list to finish the quest. If you're choosing to have the creature chase you, be sure not to come across any other NPC such as patrols or residents of Highcross because they will try to kill the creature. It's best to do this strategy early in the morning when the residents are inside their homes. |
