The Faithful Squire Location

The Faithful Squire is located in the Priory of the Nine, east of Skingrad. To unlock this quest, you must have completed Nature's Fury, The Path of the Righteous, Wisdom of the Ages, and Stendarr's Mercy. When you enter the Priory of the Nine, the quest Priory of the Nine will end, and The Faithful Squire will begin.

Speak and Recruit the Squire Lathon

The Faithful Squire

Upon entering the Priory of the Nine, Lathon, squire to Sir Roderic, informs you of Sir Roderic’s death and immediately gives you the Greaves of the Crusader.

During the conversation, Lathon offers to accompany you. Accepting his offer begins the next quest, The Sword of the Crusader.

Recruit Lathon and Head to Underpall Cave

The Faithful Squire

Lathon will join you fully equipped. Once you set out for Underpall Cave, The Faithful Squire quest will end, and The Sword of the Crusader will begin.

The Faithful Squire Reward

As a reward for completing The Faithful Squire quest, you receive the Greaves of the Crusader, a piece of heavy armor that grants Fortify Restoration on Self and Fortify Destruction on Self, and the next quest, The Sword of the Crusader, will begin.
