Description Guilbert and Reynald Jemane have asked for my help in reclaiming their ancestral home. I need to look for Weatherleah, somewhere to the south of Chorrol. Perhaps I could ask around town and see if anyone can help.

Legacy Lost is located in Chorrol. The quest is unlocked immediately after completing Separated at Birth.

Find Weatherleah

TES IV Oblivion Weatherleah Location

You can ask locals about Weatherleah’s location to be directed to Sabine Laul of the Fighters Guild, who will mark it on your map.

Alternatively, you can just head south of Chorrol, past Hackdirt, to find a house by a well surrounded by Ogres.

Clear the Area of Ogres

TES IV Oblivion Defeat Ogres

Defeat the Redguard Valley Ogre Goundlings surrounding Weatherleah. Lure the Ogres out one at a time to avoid being overwhelmed.

Report Back to Guilbert

TES IV Oblivion Jemanes Weatherleah

After clearing the Ogres, return to Guilbert Jemane in Chorrol. Tell him it’s safe to return, and he’ll join you at Weatherleah. You can fast travel there in the Map. Once there, talk to Guilbert again to complete the quest.

Legacy Lost Rewards

75-450 Gold

Completing Legacy Lost will reward you with Gold, depending on your level. You can also obtain various common weapons and items as you progress through the quest.
