The Shrouded Armor, when paired with its matching Hood, is the best light outfit that you receive as soon as you officially join the Dark Brotherhood. It stands out for its low weight, decent defense, and, most importantly, the valuable skill bonuses it provides.

Together, the armor and hood grant a total of +10 points to Sneak, Illusion, Marksman, Blade, and Acrobatics which are all essential skills for assassin-style builds, especially during Dark Brotherhood missions.

The complete set will be given by Ocheeva once you gain access to the Cheydinhal Sanctuary at the very beginning of the questline.

The Heavy Raiment of Valor is the best heavy outfit thanks to its high armor rating and well-paired enchantments for heavy armor users. It provides a bonus of +10 to Fatigue, Health, and Athletics, enhancing mobility and survivability. It also grants a +10 boost to Personality as a bonus.

The Heavy variant is one of the choices you have of Raiments to fashion as a reward for finishing the Arena questline, after defeating the Gray Prince. You can start the questline by going to the Imperial City Arena and joining as a fighter.
