Major choices are decisions that affect the outcome of the quest where that choice appears in.

Quest and Choices Effects
Paranoia
Should You Help Glarthir?
① Kill the Accursed Targets
② Turn in Glarthir		 Killing the targets you reported as spies will reward you with 1,000 Gold but turning in Glarthir will cause Glarthir to get killed at the end of the quest.
Canvas the Castle
Accuse Chanel or Lie to the Countess
① Accuse Chanel
② Lie to the Countess		 Accusing Chanel will result to having her banished from Castle Chorrol while lying to the countess will make her stay. Quest rewards also differ.
Sins of the Father
Should You Return the Honorblade of Chorrol?
① Return the Honorblade of Chorrol to Laythe Wavrick
② Give the Honorblade of Chorrol to Fathis Ules
③ Keep the Honorblade of Chorrol		 Giving it to Laythe Wavrick or Fathis Ules will reward you with Escutcheon of Chorrol or gold respectively. Keeping the blade will not finish the quest.

Minor Choices

Minor choices don't affect the quest's outcomes that much and only affects some of the dialogue of the characters.

Should You Join the Blades?
① Join the Blades
② Refuse to Join		 Joining the Blades will let you loot most of the items inside Cloud Ruler Temple, as well as getting a free horse and a place to sleep. Not joining does not have any benefits.
The Renegade Shadowscale
Should You Kill Scar-Tail?
① Kill Scar-Tail
② Spare Scar-Tail		 Scar-Tail will tell you the location of his treasure if you don't kill him. Teinaava will still give you the quest reward as long as you present him with an Argonian Heart, regardless of who it comes from.
A Rat Problem
Should You Tell Arvena the Truth?
① Tell Arvena the Truth
② Cover for Quill-Weave		 Telling Arvena the truth will reward you with one level to Speechcraft. Lying to her and covering for Quill-Weave will reward you with one level to Acrobatics.
