Location: Found in the northwest section of the Waterfront District in the Imperial City.
How to Obtain:
Purchased from Vinicia Melissaeia for 2000 Gold. She can be found inside the Office of Imperial Commerce at the Imperial City Market District.
Bravil House

Location: Found in the southwest side of Bravil right next to The Archer's Paradox. It'll be the small room beneath Luciana Galena's House.
How to Obtain:
Purchased from Count Regulus Terentius for 4000 Gold. He can be found inside the Great Hall of Castle Bravil.

Location: Found at the northeast side of the city of Anvil.
How to Obtain:
Purchased from Velwyn Benirus at the Count's Arms for 5000 Gold. Finish the quest, Where Spirits Have Lease, to make this house habitable.
Leyawiin House

Location: Found near the center of Leyawiin. It will be the house behind the Three Sisters Inn.
How to Obtain:
Purchased from Count Marius Caro for 7000 Gold. He can be found inside the Castle Leyawiin County Hall.
Bruma House

Location: Found right next to the Bruma East Gate fast travel point.
How to Obtain:
Purchased from Countess Narina Carvain for 10000 Gold. She can be found inside the Great Hall of Castle Bruma.
Cheydinhal House

Location: Found in the southwest end of Cheydinhal, right next to the Willow Bank.
How to Obtain:
Purchased from Count Andel Indarys for 15000 Gold. He can be found inside the Cheydinhal Castle County Hall.

Location: Found near the center of Chorrol, right next to the Mages Guild of the city.
How to Obtain:
Purchased from Countess Arriana Valga for 20000 Gold. She can be found inside the Castle Chorrol Great Hall.

Location: Follow the road west after entering Skingrad from the East Gate to find the house.
How to Obtain:
Purchased from Shum gro-Yarug for 25000 Gold. He can be found inside the Castle Skingrad County Hall.

Meet the NPC Disposition and Fame Requirements

Before you can purchase these houses, you'll need to have a good relationship with their sellers. Pricier houses will also require you to have a high Fame stat on top of the NPC disposition requirement.

House Purchase Requirements
Imperial City House Have at least 50 disposition with Vinicia Melissaeia.
Bravil House Have at least 50 disposition with Count Regulus Terentius.
Benirus Manor None, however, you will need to finish the quest, Where Spirits Have Lease, to remove the ghosts haunting the house.
Leyawiin House Have at least 60 disposition with Count Marius Caro.
Bruma House Have at least 60 disposition with Countess Narina Carvain.
Cheydinhal House Have at least 60 disposition with Count Andel Indarys.
Arborwatch Have at least 70 disposition with Countess Arriana Valga.
Requires you to have at least 12 Fame.
Rosethorn Hall Have at least 70 disposition with Shum gro-Yarug.
Requires you to have at least 15 Fame.

Note: You can Bribe or play the Persuasion mini-game to raise the disposition of each NPC seller towards you. A high Personality stat and the mastery of Speechcraft will help you here.

Spend Gold to Purchase the House

Buying the House with Gold

Once you've met the purchase requirements for each house, simply talk to the seller and inquire about the house for sale in that particular city. Spend the required amount of Gold to get the house. Do note that you won't be able to haggle for a lower price as all house prices are fixed.

Furnish the House with Upgrades

All houses except Benirus Manor will be sold to you unfrunished. In order to get Storage and decorations for each house, you'll need to spend even more Gold to purchase furnishings from the merchants listed below:

She can be found inside the Office of Imperial Commerce at the Imperial City Market District. Location
Merchant: Sergius Verus
Location: Can be found inside the Three Brothers Trade Goods at the Imperial City Market District.
Bravil House
He can be found inside the Great Hall of Castle Bravil. Location
Merchant: Nilawen
Location: Can be found inside The Fair Deal, located in the northern section of Bravil. Fast travel to Bravil then look at the stores on the street to your left to find the Fair Deal.
Leyawiin House
He can be found inside the Castle Leyawiin County Hall. Location
Merchant: Gundalas
Location: Can be found inside Best Goods and Guarantees - a shop on the intersection to the north of your house in Leyawiin.
Bruma House
She can be found inside the Great Hall of Castle Bruma. Location
Merchant: Suurootan
Location: Can be found inside a shop called Novaroma in the center of Bruma.
Cheydinhal House
He can be found inside the Cheydinhal Castle County Hall. Location
Merchant: Borba gra-Uzgash
Location: Can be found inside Borba's Goods and Stores - a shop located near the Cheydinhal West Gate.
Arborwatch
She can be found inside the Castle Chorrol Great Hall. Location
Merchant: Seed-Neeus
Location: Can be found inside Northern Goods and Trade, a shop near the Chorrol South Gate of the city.
Rosethorn Hall
He can be found inside the Castle Skingrad County Hall. Location
Merchant: Gunder
Location: Can be found inside Colovian Traders - a shop on the west side of the city, right across the Skingrad Mages Guild.

All House Features

Place to Rest and Level Up

Houses in Oblivion Remastered function as your home base in between adventures. It provides you with a safe location to rest and level up while you explore Cyrodiil.

Houses are also the only buildings in the game that allow you to fast travel while indoors. Other buildings require you to exit before fast travelling. Houses, on the other hand, allow you to fast travel away without exiting.

Leveling System Explained

No Way to Fast Travel Directly to Each House

Unfortunately, players will not be able to fast travel directly to any of the purchasable houses. The house nearest to a fast travel point will be the Bruma House which you can reach easily by fast travelling to the Bruma East Gate.

Acts as Storage Once Furnished

Except for Benirus Manor, all purchased houses will first need to be furnished with a storage upgrade before you can use them as permanent loot deposits. This means that you'll have to spend a few more gold before you can use your newly purchased house as storage.
