Head to Mingo Cave
The Crimson Cave begins immediately after completing Burning Trail and receiving the robes from Ranaline.
The next part of the quest will take place in Mingo Cave, south of Imperial City. Having done Burning Trail, you can just fast travel to Hircine's Shrine and walk a bit south to get to the cave.
Talk to Mehrunes' Harbinger
Equip the Mystic Dawn Robes and enter the cave. None of the members should be immediately hostile to you, so head north into the main cavern. The Mehrunes' Harbinger will talk to you and tell you to set the imperial in the cage on fire by lighting the pyre.
Kill the Imperial or Not?
You have two options; kill the imperial by interacting with the pyre below him or kill all the Mythic Dawn members. Both lead to the same quest outcome and rewards.
Killing the imperial would be quicker overall, but you can get some nice progression in for skills if you choose fight off all the Mythic Dawn members.
Collect the Rewards
After doing either option, Mehrunes' Harbinger will give you the spell Summon Mehrunes' Harbinger. Use this and talk with her to claim the DLC weapon and armor rewards. She will present you with options of choosing certain weapons and armor types, but you can claim all of them—at the risk of being over-encumbered.
Head to Chestnut Handy Stables
Additionally, you also unlocked horse armor at Chestnut Handy Stables, west of Imperial City. Head there and talk to Snak gra-Bura. Ask if she has anything useful for you and tell her either I said: I want a horse. I'm armed. or I'll take any horse. I'm not fussy. to get a free horse Armored Old Nag.
