With all artifacts retrieved, return them to Bothiel so she can start repairing the Orrery.

Bothiel will need one day to complete repairing the Orrery. Use the Wait function to speed up time by 24 hours.

After 24 hours have passed, enter the Imperial Orrery and open the Dwarven Metal Door. Head upstairs and activate the Imperial Orrery Console to complete the quest.
Completing Repairing the Orrery will reward you with Gold, depending on your level. You can also obtain various common weapons and items as you progress through the quest.
After the Orrery is repaired, you can interact with the Imperial Orrery Console to receive a Greater Power spell. A different spell is granted during each of the eight moon phases.
However, each Greater Power fortifies one attribute while draining another.
