| Description | After I provided the offering to Sanguine, the Daedra Prince spoke to me. Sanguine believes that the Countess of Leyawiin is too stuffy, and wants me to do something about it. She will be hosting a dinner party tomorrow, and I am to sneak into the castle undetected and cast the spell of Stark Reality on her. |
The Shrine of Sanguine is located north of Skingrad. The fastest way to go there is to fast travel at any point at Skingrad and head north.

Obtain a Cyrodilic Brandy
You can purchase Cyrodilic Brandy from Ogier Georick at the Main Ingredient in the Imperial City, Market District. Alternatively, Cyrodilic Brandy can be looted from homes and dungeons.
Speak to Sanguine
Offer the Cyrodilic Brandy to Sanguine and he will order you to disrupt the party at Leyawiin Castle. You will be given a spell Stark Reality for you to accomplish this task.
Disrupt the Party at Leyawiin Castle

| 1 |  Head to Leyawiin Castle, southwest of the map. |
| 2 |  Once you enter the castle, Turn right and you'll see a guard. |
| 3 |  Once you enter the room equip Stark Reality. |
| 4 |  Cast the the spell in the room. Note that you will lose your equipment, but it can be retrieved later. |
| 5 |  A guard will arrest you and you can either resist arrest or go to jail. Either choice will lead to the same outcome. |
| 6 |  Head back to the Shrine of Sanguine and receive the Sanguine's Rose |
| 7 |  All of your equipment will be inside the chest in front of the Shrine of Sanguine. You can only open this once you have received the Sanguine's Rose. |
Sanguine Daedric Quest Rewards
Sanguine's Rose
Once you complete Sanguine Daedric Quest, you'll receive Sanguine's Rose. This Staff is a Daedric Artifact, that lets you summon a Daedra in battle.

Cast on an Enemy to Summon a Daedra
You can summon a Daedra by using the Sanguine's Rose on an enemy. There are some instances that the Daedra are hostile, so use this with caution.
