Zero Visibility is an easy quest that you can do just after completing the tutorial. The side quest rewards you with a free house that you can use to rest and store your belongings.
Zero Visibility Walkthrough and Rewards
No Stone Unturned is an early game quest where you are tasked with retrieving an item from a cave. You will receive 3 level dependent potion as a reward.
You can find this quest Imperial Bridge Inn east of Bravil. Speak with Lithnilian to start the quest.
No Stone Unturned Walkthrough and Rewards
The first three ranks in the Arena allow you to level up your combat skills and also earn Gold. This side quest is located in the Arena Bloodworks at the Imperial City and is open from 9 AM to 9 PM only.
Starting the faction quests will help you level up skills necessarily for the build you have chosen.
In addition, most of the rewards for completing these quests are Gold so you do not have to worry about getting a lower level version of a weapon or item.
The quests from the Mages Guild provide the best means to level up your magic related combat skills. Many of its quests also send you to different parts of the city, allowing you to familiarize yourself with areas around Cyrodiil.
You can join the guild when you go any of the following guild locations and speak with the corresponding leader.

If you are using a melee build or ranged build, you can join the Fighters Guild as most of the quests you complete involve combat.

How to Join the Fighters Guild
Joining the Thieves Guild requires more steps compared to the Mages Guild and Fighters Guild but completing the quests in the questline helps you boost your Sneak skill.
Most of the quests also require you to break in people's houses, allowing you to level up your Security skill when lockpicking.
It is recommended that you complete the main quests up until you complete the Siege of Kvatch and the optional battle for Castle Kvatch.
Doing these main quests later on may spawn too many enemies during the seige, making it difficult to complete without lowering the game's difficulty.
