When to Start the Main Quest

Complete the Kvatch Related Quests First

It is recommended that you complete the main quests up until you complete the Siege of Kvatch and the optional battle for Castle Kvatch.

Doing these main quests later on may spawn too many enemies during the seige, making it difficult to complete without lowering the game's difficulty.

Can Start Side Quests During the Weynon Priory Main Quest

You can stop progressing the main quest once you complete the Kvatch seige and after you receive the objective of escorting Martin to Weynon Priory.
