Fire Daedric War Axe

An Enchanted Daedric War Axe is the best War Axe when it comes to damage. While there are no unique War Axes awarded through quests or guaranteed loot, you can create your own magic variant by enchanting a generic Daedric War Axe using a Sigil Stone.

Aim for Transcendent Sigil Stones that are available after closing Oblivion Gates at level 18 or higher. Among enchantment effects, Shock Damage is ideal, as it's the least resisted by most enemies. However, Fire and Frost damage are also solid alternatives.

Daedric Weapons and Armor Appear at Level 20+

Daedric equipment begins appearing as random loot starting at Level 20, usually dropped by Warrior or Marauder enemies. Keep an eye out for these as you progress.
