All 10 Ayleid Statues can be found in specific Ayleid Ruins scattered throughout the map. These dungeon areas have numerous enemies of a certain type, as well as traps that try to stop you from going further into the ruins.

Each Ayleid Statue is located deep within its specific ruin, typically found near the end of the dungeon close to its shortcut exit. To reach it, you'll need to fight through enemies, monsters, and traps along the way.
Most of these ruins also have multiple floors you have to clear before reaching the Ayleid Statue. The statues are usually perched atop an altar or pillar.

You can deliver each Ayleid Statue individually for 500 Gold, but it's also possible to collect all 10 and turn them in at once to avoid multiple trips.
After turning in three Ayleid Statues, he will offer you a separate side quest called Nothing You Can Possess, which involves retrieving another Ayleid Artifact.
Once you’ve delivered all ten Ayleid Statues, Umbacano rewards you with a 5,000 Gold bonus, in addition to the 500 Gold received for each statue.

| Description | Umbacano has offered to pay well for any more statues I find. I should look for more of them in Ayleid ruins, and bring them to him. If I can find all ten of the statues, he will pay me a large bonus. |
Speak to Jollring in Umbacano Manor, located in the Talos Plaza District in the Imperial City. Jollring will only grant you audience with Lord Umbacano if you present him an Ayleid Statue. Umbacano will pay you 500 Gold upfront for the statue, and then task you to collect the rest.
Note: You do not need to start the side quest to collect all 10 Ayleid Statues.

If you sell an Ayleid Statue to any merchant in the world, Jollring will travel to that shop and speak with you about the statue you sold. He will then offer you an invitation to visit Umbacano Manor to start the quest.
However, this approach is less profitable, as merchants will only pay up to 250 gold for the statue, whereas Umbacano offers 500 gold upfront. It's also slower since you have to wait for Jollring to arrive at the store. Going directly to Jollring is both quicker and more rewarding.
Delivering all 10 Ayleid Statues earns you 5,000 Gold, with 500 Gold awarded per statue. After returning the full set, Umbacano gives you an additional bonus of 5,000 Gold, bringing your total earnings to 10,000.
Note: If you sold the first Ayleid Statue instead of giving directly to Umbacano, you’ll miss out on the full 10,000 Gold reward and receive only around ~9,800 Gold instead.
After bringing at least three Ayleid Statues to Umbacano, he will give you the Nothing You Can Possess side quest that you can do at any time, before or after finishing The Collector.
