The main skills you want to focus on are Blade, Marksman, and Light Armor since these will always be used in combat. As for Block, this skill is negligible since you'll generally be aiming for stealth kills, and it's better to utilize your speed to dodge instead of block.

As for the utility skills, it's recommended to further improve on the Acrobat's Security, Sneak, and Speechcraft since these are all useful skills that benefit a stealthy playstyle.

Best Weapon Types for Acrobat

Primary Bow

While Acrobats gain a bonus for both these weapon types. It's better to focus on Bows first since the class gives a bonus to Agility. This means that bladed weapons should be used as a backup for melee fights since you'll mostly be ignoring Strength during early levels in favour of the other stealth-based attributes.

Best Identity for Acrobat

Wood Elf is by far the best choice for this class since it further improves on skills that the Acrobat already has bonuses for. Alternatively, you can pick Khajiit to increase Blade over Marksman, or Dark Elf to increase both, at the cost of increased magic skills instead of stealth.

For the Origin, either choice is good since they both have their own benefits. Generally speaking, Grahtwood is preferred to increase your survivability in combat scenarios, but Reaper's March is also useful if you want to increase your aptitude in social situations.

Best Birthsign for Acrobat

Best Birthsign Description
The Thief The Thief Those born under the sign of The Thief benefit from increased Agility, Speed and Luck.
・ Fortify Agility: Increases Agility by 10 points.
・ Fortify Luck: Increases Luck by 10 points.
・ Fortify Speed: Increases Speed by 10 points.

The best birthsign for an Acrobat is the Thief since it gives a bonus to the attributes you'd want for stealth-based gameplay. However, the Shadow is also another good option since you can use the free daily Invisibility spell that you get to sneak up to targets and eliminate them.

Blade Image Blade Base: You have no particular perk.
Lv. 25: Your Power Attacks deal more damage, and Blade weapons are more durable.
Lv. 50: Your Power Attacks apply Weakness to Normal Weapon to your opponent.
Lv. 75: Your Regular Attacks have a slight chance to make your opponents bleed, dealing damage over time.
Lv. 100: The Weakness to Normal Weapon applied by your Power Attack is even stronger.
Block Image Block Base: Your shield or weapon loses durability when you block an attack.
Lv. 25: Your shield or weapon no longer loses durability when you block an attack.
Lv. 50: Blocking an attack consumes slightly less Fatigue.
Lv. 75: Blocking an attack consumes even less Fatigue. You can perform a Shield Bash while blocking with a shield.
Lv. 100: Blocking an attack consumes almost no Fatigue. Your Shield Bash deals much more damage.
Acrobatics Image Acrobatics Base: You have no particular perk.
Lv. 25: You can now Dodge.
Lv. 50: Jumping consumes less Fatigue.
Lv. 75: You can jump over the surface of water.

Lv. 75: Your arrows have a slight chance to paralyze the target on hit.

Lv. 25: Up to three tumblers will fall when you fail and break a lockpick.
Lv. 50: Up to two tumblers will fall when you fail and break a lockpick.
Lv. 75: Only one tumbler will fall when you fail and break a lockpick.
Lv. 100: No tumblers fall when you fail and break a lockpick.
Sneak Image Sneak Base: Hitting enemies while undetected deals extra damage, particularly with Daggers.
Lv. 25: Your Sneak Attacks are a lot deadlier.
Lv. 50: You make less noise when moving while sneaking.
Lv. 75: You are harder to detect in bright environments.
Lv. 100: Your Sneak Attacks ignore the opponent's armor.
Speechcraft Image Speechcraft Base: You have no particular perk.
Lv. 25: Disposition decreases more slowly over time when trying to persuade a character.
Lv. 50: You can rotate once for free when trying to persuade a character.
Lv. 75: Bribes cost much less.
Lv. 100: Disposition no longer decreases over time when trying to persuade a character. Disposition is also less impacted by the most disliked action.

Major skills receive a starting bonus of an initial +20 levels and they increase more rapidly.
