1 Talk to Big Head
TES IV Oblivion Big Head Location
To start the quest, talk to Big Head, a male Argonian who can be found roaming the streets of Bliss. He will ask you to find the Fork of Horripilation for him.
2 Optional: Ask Bolwing About the Fork
TES IV Oblivion Ask Bolwing
You can skip to the next step to the Fork of Horripilation's location, but if you wish to have it marked on your map, speak with Bolwing in Crucible and ask him about the fork.
3 Travel to Longtooth Camp
TES IV Oblivion Longtooth Camp Location
The Fork of Horripilation is located at Longtooth Camp, east of the map and north of The Fringe. To get there, you can fast travel to Passwall and head north through The Laughing Coast.
4 Obtain the Fork of Horripilation
TES IV Oblivion Jewelry Box
Upon arriving at Longtooth Camp, you will see the Zealots and Heretics are fighting. You can clear the camp of enemies or sneak into the house nearby to loot the Fork of Horripilation from the Jewelry Box.

If the Fork of Horripilation is not in the Jewelry Box, it may be on one of the Zealots or Heretics.
5 Give the Fork to Big Head
TES IV Oblivion Give Fork to Big Head
Once you have the Fork of Horripilation, return it to Big Head to complete the quest.

The Fork of Horripilation Rewards

1 Point Bonus to Blade, Sneak, or Alchemy

TES IV Fork Rewards

After giving the Fork of Horripilation to Big Head, he will offer you to teach a Blade secret, a Sneak secret, and an Alchemy secret. Choose one to receive a 1 point bonus in that skill.
