Strength

Strength is the most important attribute for Combat builds since melee weapons are the main focus of the playstyle. This should always be prioritized when levelling up, otherwise, you may start to fall behind in damage with how the enemies' level scaling works.

Willpower

It's necessary to manage your Fatigue while fighting in melee, otherwise, you'll be left weak and vulnerable. This is why it's important to level up your Willpower so that you have enough max stamina to attack or block hits.

Agility

Similar to Willpower, Agility is a good stat to invest in since it directly affects your Fatigue regen. If you continue to invest in Willpower, the longer it will take for your stamina to fully regen. Investing in Agility will help offset that so that you don't have to wait for the bar to refill.

Endurance

Since this build will mostly be fighting in melee range, it's important to have a ton of health so that you can stay alive. It's recommended to always invest in some Endurance so that you can increase the HP you gain per level.

Intelligence

Since a Magic build will be constantly casting spells, it's very important to level up Intelligence to increase your maximum Magicka. Also, higher-tiered spells will require more Magicka to cast, and you will need to level this up so that you don't fall behind in power.

Willpower

While stamina isn't as important on a Magic build, it's still necessary to level Willpower since it increases your Magicka regen. Again, since you're very reliant on casting spells, you'll need to have as much MP as possible at all times.

Speed

Even if Speed is mainly used to make travelling faster, it can help with dodging attacks from enemies. Since Magic builds are typically on the weaker side defensively, having increased Speed helps with taking evasive manoeuvres.

Endurance

One of the main issues with Magic builds is that you can't use armour early on because of the spell effectiveness decrease. This means that you can be quite squishy, and you will need to invest some points in Endurance at every level so that you have some extra HP to work with.

Willpower

Considering that a Stealth build will be constantly using their stamina bar, it's recommended to put some points in Willpower to increase your maximum Fatigue. This way, if ever you get caught in an unfavourable situation, you'll have extra stamina to run away.

Agility

Agility is the most important attribute for a stealth build since bows are generally the preferred weapon choice for the playstyle. However, if you're also utilizing Daggers, then consider investing in Strength over an attribute you're not as reliant on, like Endurance if you're comfortable with having a lower max HP.

Speed

When playing a Stealth build, you'll mostly be jumping and running from place to place, either doing illegal things or repositioning in combat. This makes Speed pretty important since it allows you to quickly get to where you need to go before anyone can see you.

Endurance

Similar to Magic builds, a Stealth build is relatively squishy since they'll be relying on Light Armour to keep them alive. It's best to invest in some Endurance so that you have some extra HP to work with in case you get caught out and take some hits.
