How to Make Spells
Use a Spellmaking Altar
Spellmaking Altars can be found in the Arcane University once you have completed the Mages Guild Recommendation quests, or in the Frostcrag Spire player home provided you have bought Magetallow Candles to make it usable.
Spellmaking Menu
In the Spellmaking menu, select your desired effects from the list on the left, then adjust their properties on the right side. After setting each effect, you can return to the left to add more. Once done, name the spell and create it to begin using it.
If you don’t meet the required Magic Skill level to cast the spell you created, the menu will notify you that you can’t cast it.
