Level Unlocks
Base You can only cast Novice level Restoration spells.
25 You can cast Apprentice level Restoration spells.
50 You can cast Journeyman level Restoration spells.
75 You can cast Expert level Restoration spells.
100 You can cast all Restoration spells.
