Fortify Magicka for Mages

Birthright of Astalon

Fortify Magicka is an excellent effect for mages and casting spells. Equipping multiple pieces of gear with this enchantment is one of the most reliable ways to increase Magicka. One such item is the Birthright of Astalon, which provides a +50 Magicka bonus and can be bought.

You can also enchant it yourself if you have the Journeyman Restoration Fortify Magicka spell or Transcendent Sigil Stones with Magicka properties.

100% Chameleon for Stealth

Ring of Khajiiti Reward

You can stack Chameleon effects up to 100% to become completely invisible to all NPCs, allowing you to steal or attack without being detected at all. The Ring of Khajiiti from Meridia's quest is a great option for its high Chameleon percentage, and you can stack it with other enchanted gear to reach the full 100%.

You can then enchant other pieces of your clothing if you have the Journeyman Illusion Chameleon spell or Sigil Stones with Chameleon properties.

Resist Magic for Combat Defense

Saviour

Resist Magic is an excellent defensive enchantment since you can stack multiple pieces of gear enchanted with Resist Magic, making you nearly immune to magical attacks.

One of the best ways to achieve this is by using Transcendent Sigil Stones, which grants +20% Resist Magic per item. These enchantments stack additively, meaning you can reach 100% total magic resistance, making you completely immune to all forms of magic damage.

There are also armor pieces that have Resist Magic already enchanted, such as Saviour's Hide, Morag Tong Cuirass, or the Crown of Lindai.

Elemental Damage Absorb Health Soul Trap

Elemental Damage + Weakness

Chillrend

For high damage, combining elemental damage with element weakness is incredibly effective. Weapons such as Chillrend have Frost damage with Weakness to Frost on it as well, making the elemental damage even stronger.

Chillrend or Rockshatter are unique weapons with these elemental enchantments, but you can also enchant your generic weapons with elemental damage with a Sigil Stone or if you have learned the respective Destruction Spells needed to enchant it.

Absorb Health for Survivability

Chillrend

Absorb Health is great for tanky builds that focus on survivability, and a weapon imbued with this enchantment allows you to sustain yourself in combat by being aggressive and attacking.

The Ebony Blade is a unique weapon that has this enchantment. You can enchant generic weapons yourself if you have learned the Restoration Absorb Health spell, or a Sigil Stone with Absorb Health properties.

Soul Trap for Enchantment Recharge

Chillrend

Soul Trap is an important enchantment that is incredibly useful for the upkeep of the rest of your magic weapons. Since enchanted weapons have charges that need to be refilled, Soul Trap is good for having an easy way to capture souls in Soul Gems for magic refills later.

Umbra is a unique weapon that has the Soul Trap enchantment. You can also enchant generic weapons yourself if you have the Apprentice Mysticism Soul Trap Spell or a Sigil Stone with Soul Trap properties.
