Bushi's Partner Skill is Brandish Blade. This makes Bushi lunge forward and slash at an enemy Pal. This is a good skill offensively, but could be outclassed by better offensive skills and Pals later in the game.

Bushi Best Passive Skills

Ferocious increases Bushi's Attack power.

Nimble improves Bushi's speed. This stacks with Swift and Runner, giving Bushi even more speed boosts, which is valuable for an offensive Pal.

Do note that some of these skills may be exclusive to certain Pals, and the only way to get it on Bushi is to pass it down via breeding.

Use Mid to Late Game

Bushi can be a reliable Pal, but can be replaced with stronger Pals once you have access to them.

It is used primarily for its Partner Skill, Brandish Blade, which is a good offensive option for players to have.

Counters for Bushi

Use Bulky Water Pals

Penking and Azurobe have good defense stats and can tank Bushi's Fire attacks with minimal risk.

Beware of Water Buffs

Pals like Azurobe can add Water damage to their party, making matchups harder for Bushi.

Bushi's Partner Skill is Brandish Blade. Unfortunately, this is only useful when it's your active Pal.

As for its Work Suitabilities, Bushi can flexibly perform multiple tasks depending on what is needed to be done at the base.

Kindling and Gathering synergize well with Transporting because Bushi can move whatever items it harvests. It also has Kindling and Handiwork for whenever it doesn't have any other tasks to perform.

Bushi Best Passive Skills

These four skills create a good balance of Work Speed and Movement Speed boosts so that it can quickly finish a task and move on to the next one.

Artisan and Lucky give Bushi a +65% Work Speed bonus to increase the speed in which it harvests wood and crops, while Swift and Legend give a +45% Movement Speed boost to help with moving to tasks and Transporting items. Finally, Lucky and Legend give a +35% Attack boost to help defend the base.
