Fell Child is a Special Class

Fell Child is a Special Class, meaning it cannot be promoted or demoted into a different class. Compared to Base and Advanced classes, the Fell Child class can be leveled up to lvl 40.

Since there's no way to promote into a different class, Fell Child class will be stuck with only one weapon proficiency the entire game.
