Class Explanation
Fire Emblem Engage Archer Archer Archers like Etie is almost mandatory for this fight as there are several fliers in the map including Hortensia, your primary target.
Noble Noble (Cavalries) There are several backline units that we'll want to eliminate as soon as possible. Mounted units like Alfred is highly recommended for this map.

Chapter 7 Battle Walkthrough

Objective
1 Simply proceed westward with proper unit placements
Place tankier units on the front while being followed by Cavalries and ranged units. You'll want your cavalry units to be able to hop into the enemy backline as soon as they come into range.
2 Have Etie eliminate all incoming fliers from the side of the bridges.
3 Keep on Pushing the bridge until only Hortensia's units are left
4 Hortensia's Emblem attack will be a multiple series of phyiscal attack. Survive this by placing an armored unit on the protection tile then take her attack head on.
Since all of these attacks are physical, an armored unit with evasion bonuses have a high chance of surviving the emblem attack.
5 Continue whittling down the fliers with bow attacks from Etie and Alcryst to finish the fight.
