Lapis has stellar stat growths in Spd and good stat growths in Def, making her an excellent choice for the evasion tank role.

When fully commiting to evasion tanking, consider skills like Perceptive+, Sword Agility 5, and Avoid +30.

Lapis' high Spd makes Alacrity++ a viable option for eliminating threats before they can damage Lapis or any allies.

Utilize Lapis' high HP and Spd stat growth with Marth's skills that increase Avo and sword proficiency. This will help Lapis become a formidable attacker. With Lapis high Spd, Lyn can maximize this stat with her powerful counterattacks based on a unit's speed.

Pairing with Lucina allows Lapis to be a great Backup that can support your main attackers with chain attacks and Lucina's powerful Bonded Shield skill that protects allies.

Lapis Paired Ending and Romance

Pact Ring with Lapis

After clearing Chapter 22, players unlock The Connector Paralogue and can subsequently unlock the Pact Ring. This essentially acts as Fire Emblem Engage's S-Rank Support and romance route.

Alear can then give the ring to Lapis once they have attained an A-Rank in support to view a special cutscene, and unlock a page in the reference about the life they lived together.

Lapis's Memento

Lapis's beloved Brodian yams. Ever since I gave her the engraved ring, she's always bringing me new foods...some more appetizing than others.

Apart from obtaining an exclusive ending with Lapis after giving the Pact Ring, players can also head to Alear's room and check the small table next to their bed to find a memento from her.

While the memento serves no purpose in combat whatsoever unlike the Merc Whistle in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, it further contextualizes the paired ending selected by the player.

It's painful seeing one of her recommended classes being General because it caps her highest growth stat quickly. Better off making her a Thief or Wolf Knight because daggers arent as heavily reliant upon strength since they have high MT gain when forged. Plus those two classes let her speed growths shine.

I followed the recommendation about making her a General, and the results had been great! Aside from reliable growths in everything that matters for that class, she maintains a high speed growth, causing her to often dodge as well, and double most enemies that don't specialize in speed, and even against the ones that do, she doesn't get doubled herself; definitely one of my best units!
