You can sometimes get Bond Fragments by speaking to your companions during a stroll. It's recommended you talk to all available companions during the post battle exploration. You can see which characters can be spoken to by opening up the map with ZR.

In Cafe Terrace at the Somniel home base, interact with the Bulletin Board to open up a Donations menu. Through Donations, you can invest Gold in the 4 Kingdoms of Elyos. Each Kingdom has a donation goal that, once reached, will level up the kingdom and give you rewards, such as Bond Fragments.

At the Bulletin Board in the Somniel, you can check out a list of Achievements that you can complete. These Achievements are in-game challenges you can do in order to earn a good amount of Bond Fragments as a reward. The challenges consist of performing certain moves in battle, interacting with allies and vendors, doing activities at the Somniel, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Interact With Sommie

When Unlocked After Chapter 4
Number of Times You Can Obtain Reward 1 time after every battle
Amount of Bond Fragments Obtained (Approx.) Per visit:
・100 for petting
・100 for feeding

Make sure to stop by Sommie after every battle so that you can pet and feed it. You get 100 Bond Fragments for doing each, which will allow you to receive 200 Bond Fragments after every battle.

Strength Training at the Yard

There are 3 exercises you can choose from during Strength Training and each exercise has 4 difficulty levels you can challenge. The higher the difficulty, the more chance you have of earning larger amounts of Bond Fragments.

Bond Fragments are a reward for fishing at the Somniel. It seems that the amount of Bond Fragments obtained changes depending on the fish caught.

Wyvern Riding

Number of Times You Can Obtain Reward 1 time after every battle
Amount of Bond Fragments Obtained (Approx.) 50 to 200

You get Bond Fragments as a reward for completing the Wyvern Riding rail-shooter minigame. There are 3 difficulty levels to Wyvern Riding. The higher the difficulty, the more chance you have of earning larger amounts of Bond Fragments.

You need to class change Alear to the Divine Dragon class in order for you to do Wyvern Riding.

Create Bond Rings

Fire Emblem Engage Spend Bond Fragments

At the Somniel's Ring Chamber, you can create Bond Rings using Bond Fragments. One Bond Ring costs 100 Bond Fragments to create. A Bond Ring gives your unit a slight boost in stats, and can be equipped instead of an Emblem.

You can also meld Bond Rings together in order to give your units an even greater boost in stats. Bond Fragments are needed in melding Bond Rings together, in addition to multiple copies of the same bond ring. Higher Rank Bond Rings will consume more Bond Fragments.

Spend on Emblem Training at the Arena

It also costs Bond Fragments to do Emblem Training at the Arena. Emblem Training puts you in a mock battle against an Emblem of your choice in order to increase your unit's Bond Level with that Emblem.

Other than your Bond Fragment balance, there is no limit to Emblem Training at the Arena. Additionally, the more Bond Fragments you spend, the higher your Bond Level increases.

At the Smithy, you can also expend Bond Fragments in order to Engrave weapons with the mark of an Emblem. The amount of Bond Fragments is dependent on how powerful the weapon is.
