While Zelestia is playable during the events of the Fell Xenologue, they can't actually be customized or reclassed until they officially join the party after the Fell Xenologue credits roll.

During the Fell Xenologue storyline, classes of characters like Zelestia are fixed and cannot be changed, which will keep Zelestia as a Melusine with proficiencies in Swords and Tomes.

When paired with Emblem Celica, Zelestia's mobility improves even further because of Warp Ragnarok. She can also take down two foes at a time thanks to Echo and the added boost to her Magic Attack.
Having Soren as her Emblem will give her access to multi-hit attacks with Cataclysm. She can even solo enemies in an area while keeping herself healthy, thanks to Flare.
