Celica's main role is to increase outgoing magic damage. She offers bonuses to Tome users, and can take on the role of a pseudo-healer with her Engage Weapon.

Resonance grants a flat increase to damage dealt by tome users during combat, while Echo potentially takes out two-targets at once.

Pair her with allies with a focus on Mag to push their offensive capabilities past their limits.
