In Fire Emblem Engage, Skirmishes are stages that randomly pop up in the overworld and offer various rewards. Read on to find out how to reroll Skirmishes and to get Gold Corrupted and Silver Corrupted Skirmishes!
List of Contents
In the overworld map, check the Skirmishes available to you. If you do not see one to your liking, it's time to reroll!
Hit the Home Button and go to System Settings > System > Date and Time. Change the date to the next day and go back to the game.
Once you are back in the game, trigger a loading screen by moving to another map and check the Skirmishes again.
Keep adjusting the date forward until you see a Skirmish you like!
Skirmishes are random encounters that can appear on areas you've cleared on the world map. They can be completed to gain extra experience, grind SP and supports, and to collect items during Exploration. All of them have the same objective—rout the enemy.
There are four different kinds of skirmishes you can challenge. You'll be able to tell what bonuses they give by their icon when fast traveling.
A regular Skirmish with no special modifications. These are indicated by green ovals.
Training rewards bonus Gold and EXP when cleared. In Classic Mode, your units will still be usable even if they are defeated during Training. These are typically available in friendly castles such as Firene Castle.
A yellow money bag indicates Gold Corrupted enemies are present. The Gold Corrupted drops Gold, unlike other enemies.
The blue icon means Silver Corrupted enemies will appear in this Skirmish. Defeating the Silver Corrupted grants significantly more EXP and SP compared to regular enemies.
This reroll trick is particularly useful if you are grinding for Gold, EXP, and SP from Gold and Silver Corrupted enemies.

Each location has its items you can get during exploration. This may be food, bond fragments, or fruits. The most important ones you should look are ingots to refine weapons! Clearing a battle will always allow you to explore the same battlefield so try to tackle Skirmishes that have high drops of these ingots. Alternatively, make sure to give donations to countries to increase the number of items you get during exploration for that region!
While this may not be a particular problem that you'll encounter on a lower difficulty setting, higher difficulty levels such as Hard and even Maddening may force you to attempt a reroll to get stages that are much easier to clear. Unfortunately, for Maddening, stages are too rough that Skirmishes are nearly unclearable but with rerolls, you may be able to get a specific map that you may be able to complete!
