Wrath is nice, but you can inherit it for units that want the crit. Ike themselves works best with tanky units that can afford to take hits when Laguz Friend reduces their Avo to 0 that's definitely not somebody like Zelkov. Generals particularly Axe General with the S ranks Smash axe make the most of Great Aether for sure. Great Aether can trigger skills like Sandstorm so Timerra is an excellent choice aswel both appreciating more Def and more damage on a trigger. Diamant has honorable mention.
